Aluminium pressed

Obtain the aluminium quantities you need right away in a common or customised profile. The versatile lightweight material thus enables, for example, the mass production of extremely angled window or door profiles.

Pressed aluminium is produced in powerful hydraulic presses. In extrusion, a hot, raw aluminium compact is pressed through the defined openings of a die made of special steel like through the opening of a tube. The “adaptive” aluminium takes over the exact profile of the die openings, even in small- or large-scale production.

Their pre-profiled aluminium rods are then cooled and usually stretched too. Optional thermal treatments bring your pressed aluminium into our delivery states T4 (solution annealed and naturally aged) or T6 (solution annealed and artificially aged).
