Cold-work steel with high edge retention and compressive strength according to DIN EN ISO 4957.
Used frequently for measuring tools such as limit gauges or plug gauges. But also tools with high wear stress such as cutting and punching tools or plastic press moulds can be manufactured. The commercially available version is annealed (+A).
